Square Root Day doesn’t happen every year — it’s when both the day and month are the square root of the last two digits of the year. We won’t see another until May 5, 2025!

And yes, we did just celebrate sweet potatoes on February 22nd’s National Cook a Sweet Potato Day. But they definitely deserve more than one holiday, because they’re pretty darned sweet.
