August 19, 2015: National Potato Day; National Soft Ice Cream Day; National Hot and Spicy Food Day
So there’s some argument on the internet on whether National Soft Ice Cream Day falls on August 18 or 19. Though it’s about 60/40 split, weighted more heavily toward the 19th. I figure just to be safe, I’ll eat ice cream on both days.
