September 7, 2014: For me, every day is Salami Day. It’s far and away my favorite cold cut. The Columbus brand Italian dry salame is awesome, but I love a good Genoa salami as well. It’s also Postal Workers Day today, also known as Neither Rain Nor Snow Day. The elements will not keep them from delivering your mail! I remain amazed that a letter can cross the country from one person’s house to another in just a couple of days, for less than a dollar.
