Wow, spell check sure doesn’t like the word “scrapple”. If you’ve never heard of it, I shall quote Wikipedia here, which makes it sound quite delicious:
a mush of pork scraps and trimmings combined with cornmeal and wheat flour, often buckwheat flour, and spices. The mush is formed into a semi-solid congealed loaf, and slices of the scrapple are then pan-fried before serving.
I think it’s the use of “mush” and “congealed” that really make it sound appetizing.
Meanwhile, I could have drawn my own “The Scream,” but it would have been so darned small, it would be hard to know what it was. And I think scrapple is deserving of a real scream, don’t you?
