Now that the gluten-free bread industry is in full swing, I can have sandwiches again. Also, a surprising number of restaurants have a gluten-free menu here in Arizona, which is a big change from Florida. Even though a lot of people do gluten-free as a fad, I don’t mind — it just means that manufacturers will make more things for me to choose from.

And hey, why not give someone a dollar today? It may be just a dollar to you, but it could mean the world to them.
