It’s Food Confessions time! I’ve never had a deviled egg. I don’t care for the texture of cooked eggs at all, so this probably isn’t a surprise. Seems to me my mom made them a few times for parties when I was growing up, so the opportunity was there.

As far as Fill Our Staplers Day goes, it’s a twice-a-year holiday, on each of the Mondays following America’s clock-changes for Daylight Saving Time. One of the things that rocked my socks about moving to Arizona is that most of the state doesn’t follow DST, so I don’t have to change my clocks anymore. We’re Mountain Standard Time year-round (which means that during the summer, we match up with Pacific Daylight Time).

Finally: probably not period-accurate footwear for Marie Antoinette, but they tickle me.
