May 28, 2014: Days celebrating the noble hamburger are many — today is National Hamburger Day, but there are also hamburger celebrations in July, September, and December. But really, hamburgers are so darned great, we should have a day for them every single month. (Special thanks to Red Robin, for offering a burger wrapped in lettuce leaves for years and years. They now have a gluten-free bun, but I still really enjoy the lettuce wrap.) Today is also Ian Fleming’s Birthday, which seems like the perfect time for a James Bond movie marathon, or just immersion in the spy business as a whole. Fleming had a pretty adventure-filled life himself, besides being an author. Oh, and did you know that he also wrote Chitty Chitty Bang Bang?
