Yes, there was also a World Play Your Ukulele Day back in February. But I’m in favor of as many ukulele-playing days as possible.

As far as Robert’s Rules of Order go, I’m not all that familiar with them. I never did any kind of debate club or mock UN in school, so I’m just guessing here that it’s all about making motions and calling for a vote.
