A while back, I looked to see if there was a Maple Fudge Day, and was saddened to see that there isn’t one. So I’ve decided to make it up! I opted to find a day near my birthday that didn’t have a lot of good holidays on it. (My birthday, April 12, has a ton of choice options already.)
