July 5, 2014: It’s a food-tacular day today, what with National Apple Turnover Day and National Graham Cracker Day falling on the same day. Food Confessions time — I can’t stand graham crackers. (They do make a gluten-free version, which are just as gross as the regular kind.) So I don’t eat s’mores, or pie with a graham cracker crust, or anything like that. I’ve hated them since at least preschool, when I wouldn’t eat them during snack time.

It’s also Bikini Day, which marks the day back in 1946 when French fashion designer Louis Reard unveiled his design for a more revealing bathing suit. In honor of today, here’s a classic bikini from the film vaults:
