July 15, 2014: Today is Gummi Worm Day, celebrating some of the weirdest candy to ever be developed. Who would have thought that worms would be such a hit? I prefer the ones dusted with sour powder, but that’s me. I’m a fiend for sour stuff. Today is also Be a Dork Day, which … for some of us, that’s every single day. But today I will strive to not hide my dorkiness. I will let my dork flag fly!

Finally, today is one of many, many, MANY dates for Couch Potato Day, scattered all throughout the calendar. So I’ll probably break the concept of the couch-made-from-potato back out in future doodles. I’m always a fan of a reason to take it easy, and spend a little quality couch time with Scott. Perhaps we’ll play some co-op video games, or just watch one of the many voyeuristic house-porn shows on HGTV these days (we like the House Hunters franchise, but are currently in love with Flip or Flop.)
