There’s also a Cellophane Tape Day in May, but today’s holiday honors Richard Drew’s 1925 invention of clear sticky tape for 3M. He also invented masking tape!

Meanwhile, I actually really like Brussels sprouts. But only if they’ve been roasted, and get a little bit crispy on the edges. No boiling or steaming, nothing soggy. (Though I would never tape them to myself. That’s just weird.)
