February 3, 2014: Muppets are weird, to be sure. That’s why we celebrate Elmo’s 3-1/2 Years Birthday; he always lets you know that he’s three and a half, and that his three and a half years birthday is February 3rd. Technically, then, he’ll be four on August 3rd, sometime in the far distant future.

Today is also National Carrot Cake Day, and in honor, we celebrate not only the cake, but also the “carrot jockeys” who ride carrot cakes into the sunset.
