I’d never heard of Open That Bottle Night; it’s a night in which to grab that one bottle of wine you keep meaning to drink, but never get around to opening. It might be cheap, it might be expensive, it might be the last one of its kind. Whatever it is, pop it open and share it with some friends! (Oh, and have another bottle on hand just in case the one you’ve been saving has gone bad.)
