A couple of weird ones today. It looks like a mitten tree is either a kind of itty-bitty coat rack for your gloves and mittens, or an Xmas tree that you put mittens and other gifts on for those who aren’t as fortunate. The internet seems torn on which one of those we’re celebrating, so why not both?

Put on Your Own Shoes Day is another puzzler. Maybe it’s the time of year when kids learn to tie their own laces. Or maybe it’s all about some sort of secret shoe-swapping thing I don’t know about. Hmmm.
