August 9, 2014: Happy National Bowling Day! Bowling happens to be one of my favorite sports, because there’s beer involved. And I’m not entirely uncoordinated at it. I bet there will be specials at your local bowling alley, so why not take the family out for a few frames?

It’s also National Polka Day. I’m OK with the polka music, but not with the dancing. Because dancing is a sport at which I am entirely uncoordinated. I can barely do a jazz square, people. It’s kind of sad.
