August 23, 2014: This doodle for National Sponge Cake Day is another rerun for moving week. It feels weird to only do one holiday, but it’s kind of two things in one. As far as the actual food goes, I’m not a fan of the fluffy texture of sponge cake myself; I prefer a denser cake. As far as old SpongeBob, he’s perfect just as he is. It’s just a shame that GLaDOS gave him that cake. It remains a complete and utter lie.

(Sorry to the non-gamers who don’t get the cake reference. But Portal is a great game, even for non-gamers!)
