Today is also Vitamin C Day, celebrating our old friend L-ascorbic acid. Did you know that lemons have the same amount of vitamin C as oranges? And that foods with MORE vitamin C than oranges include: bell peppers, pineapple, kiwi, mango, broccoli, kale, and Brussels sprouts? BOOM. Eat that, oranges. You’re not the only game in town.
