What an oddly egg-heavy month so far! First we’re frying them on sidewalks, now we’re putting them in omelets. (Plus, I’m sure there are some egg-related events that are part of this weekend’s Wayne Chicken Show.)

Henoween is a part of the always-fascinating Wayne Chicken Show in Wayne, Nebraska. I’ve never been to Wayne, and I couldn’t tell you where it is on a map of Nebraska, but I can tell you one thing: these people know how to throw a chicken party.
Also: Celebrate video games? Don’t mind if I do!!
There are a couple of other options out there for National Zombie Day — some say it’s November 4, others say October 10. But most sources lean toward July 7, so we’re rolling with it. And could there be more chocolate days throughout the year? (Though most are packed in around Christmas, so I guess this is a nice half-year-away reminder that chocolate is delicious.)
Now, thanks to the TV show Adam Ruins Everything, this is what I think of when I think of graham crackers. I knew they were terrible!
